• These Terms and Conditions may be amended or revised at any time without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately and apply to all users.
• Accounts may be terminated at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

B. Registration

• Users must register with accurate information and use their real name. Only one account is permitted per email address.
• Users are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to their accounts. In case of stolen credentials or unauthorized account use, users must notify the platform promptly.
• Strong and secure passwords are required to protect user accounts.

C. Platform and Services

• Users may order services through their registered account and must provide clear and accurate descriptions of their requirements.
• Access to the platform’s content and materials is provided to registered users. Such content may be the intellectual property of the platform or third parties, and users are prohibited from misusing it in any way that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Users must avoid engaging in prejudicial, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct while using the platform. Accounts and content violating these rules may be removed at the platform’s discretion.

D. Delivery of Services

• Services are delivered via email. Users are responsible for reviewing the delivered content for quality.
• Revisions can be requested within 72 working hours of delivery, with specific reasons provided. The platform allows up to two revisions per order.
• Revision requests made after the 72-hour window will not be accommodated.

E. Payment and Invoice

• Payment for services must be made in advance using the provided payment methods. Receipts will be emailed to the registered address and available in the order details.
• Payments are processed in USD. Users selecting other currencies will be billed at the equivalent rate.
• Payments are non-refundable, and disputes must be raised within 14 working days. Failure to do so will be considered an acknowledgment of accurate billing.

F. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited:

• Sharing or linking to inappropriate content, including nudity, pornography, or offensive material.
• Posting content that promotes intolerance, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Sharing or marketing forbidden products or services.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Exposing personal or sensitive information about others without consent.

G. Privacy

• The platform’s Privacy Policy outlines how user information is collected, managed, and protected. User information will not be shared or sold to third parties without consent.
